This Inner Child Program is designed to gently guide you to meet yourself where you are and explore the depths of you, maybe for the first time. We do this program monthly in a small group of 8 people. During our time together you will learn how to reconnect with parts of yourself that may still need healing, understand your thought and/or behavior patterns, have deeper awareness and understanding of self, and more.  

Program Outline:

• 4 Live weekly group calls via Zoom.
• Different topic each week, all within the inner child container. 
• Different guided process each week that facilitates and deepens the connection with your inner child, and beyond. 
• Interactive program workbook.
• Meditation and homework assignments.
• Support throughout the month.

4 Week Program x $444 (Payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

This 4 week journey with your inner child is a journey of self-discovery and healing that leads to greater emotional well-being and inner peace. Please contact for dates of the next program and to sign up! 

Private session is a good way to receive a personalized approach specific to you. This is a safe and confidential space to explore sensitive or personal topics. Each session will be unique, intuitively guided and personalized to where you currently are in your journey. 

Some of the areas we often work with in a private session:

*Inner child work that offers profound benefits in many areas of your life. It provides a gentle and powerful approach to heal areas of life that still need healing, understand your thought/behavior patterns, deepen your relationship with self and others, and more.

*Plant medicine ceremony preparation to help you get the most out of your experience. 

*Plant medicine post-ceremony integration is a great source of support to help you make sense of your experience and find best ways to integrate those experiences into your life.

1 Hour x $200 (Payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

This is a commitment to yourself that can provide a more structured support. Monthly package includes 4 weekly one on one private sessions. Life is an ongoing journey of continued self-exploration and growth. Each session will be unique and tailored to your specific needs at that time. My goal is to support you on your journey and help you cultivate lasting changes that align with your authentic self, and the truth of who you are.

4 (1 Hour Sessions) x $700 (Payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPa)
