4-Week Inner Child Program
A Journey Back Home to You...
This Inner Child Program is designed to gently guide you to meet yourself where you are and explore the depths of you, maybe for the first time. We do this program monthly in a small group of 8 people. During our time together you will learn how to reconnect with parts of yourself that may still need healing, understand your thought and/or behavior patterns, have deeper awareness and understanding of self, and more.
This is an immersive 4 week journey together where we do deep work that creates lasting change.
What happened in our lives may not have been our fault, but nurturing ourselves back to love and creating a life we truly desire and deserve is now our responsibility. In this container we will learn and practice what it means to be here for ourselves fully, being aware of our needs and learning how to meet those needs in a healthy way.
Program Outline:
- 4 Live weekly group calls via Zoom.
- A different topic each week, all within the framework of the inner child container.
- A different guided process each week that facilitates and deepens the connection with your inner child, and beyond.
- Interactive program workbook to support your journey throughout the month.
- Daily Meditation and homework assignments designed to deepen your experience and support lasting transformation.
- Safe, confidential and supportive group environment.
- Private group chat for connection, accountability, and support.
- Ongoing guidance and direct support from me throughout the month.
- Practical tools and techniques you can continue using long after the program ends.
This 4 week journey with your inner child is an opportunity for self-discovery and healing that leads to greater emotional well-being, inner peace and so much more. In this container, we do deep work with a gentle approach that feels safe.
This program is unique, and each step of it is designed intentionally. Commitment to show up and participate will be required, his is a part of the formula for the shift that is waiting to unfold.
This is a group container, yet we do 1:1 work with each person individually within this container. Therefore, we learn how to tend to ourselves while being in the framework of being with others.
